Inspected.com recently launched its V3 Platform, which features easy-to-use workflow and automated document generation, making it the “Legalzoom for Inspections and Permits” by generating permit documents and inspection reports customized to each municipality.
Over the previous 12 months, Inspected.com has expanded its services and grown to over 70 customers utilizing their permit and private provider inspector solutions platform. Inspected.com is utilized and registered in more than 240 cities around Florida including City of Sunny Isles Beach, City of Plant City, Town of Cutler Bay, Town of Palm Beach, Holmes County, City of Bonifay, Marion County, and many more. Earlier this year, Inspected.com closed on a $2.2 Million Series A financing round, with plans to use the funding to accelerate the development of its remote video inspection and document-generation software platform as it continues to expand to additional customers across the United States.
Clients using Inspected.com have been able to decrease project times from start to finish by cutting inspection wait time frames from hours to minutes. Clients have reported reducing time and labour spent on driving by 35%, inspections being done 50-70% faster, and completing their installation and renovation projects for customers in half the time since using Inspected.com. Inspected.com experienced over a 1000% increase in growth. The company’s 2021 revenue was $177,412 and is on track to reach nearly $2 million in revenue for 2022.
Inspected.com’s exponential growth and continued demand from contractors around the country resulted in the team’s expansion from 7 members in 2021 to nearly 40 in 2022, with ongoing hiring and adding of new employees. The executive team has recently added a Chief Operating Officer and a Chief Financial Officer to optimize new internal processes and position the company for continued growth into new verticals.
